Sadly on Saturday June 21st 2008, one of our members Butch Davis died in a car accident. We wish our greatest sympathy to the family of butch. We will all miss him.
The Stoney Creek radio controlled model flying clubwas established in 1977 however the field was there and existed in 1969. The field was being used as a radio control flying site in 1969 and is probably one of the oldest known radio control flying sites in Canada.
If you are considering a hobby in radio control then we welcome you to come and see what we are all about. The instruction is provided free of charge as a club member, you supply all the equipment and we’ll teach you how to use it.

Meetings:
Our meeting place for 2008 will be at the Stoney Creek Optimist Hall, 890 Queenston Rd, between Lake St and Centennial Pkwy on the South side.The meeting will be held on the first Monday of each month.
All meetings will be at 7:30pm on the schedule below.
Our next meeting is indicated in red.
Executive will meet at 6:30pm at the Optimist hall prior to the general meeting.
